Return and Replacement Policy

At LiPo mAh, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns & Refunds
The warranty duration for all products is mentioned in the product description and on the invoice.
If you wish to return an item within 30 days of purchase, it must be in its original packaging and unused.
Once we receive your refund request, we will contact you for further details and may ask you to provide a video showcasing the issue with the product.
Our support team will assess the issue, and once all formalities are completed, we will initiate the pickup of the product.
After pickup (typically 1-2 working days), the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Please note: Warranty is only applicable for manufacturing defects. Products with physical damage such as swollen, cracked, or scratched batteries will not be eligible for refunds. 2% or applicable Payment Processing Charges are non- refundable.

Replacements
The warranty duration for all products is specified in the product description and on your invoice.
If your product is eligible for replacement within the warranty period, you will need to provide a video showcasing the issue with the product.
Our support team will review the issue and facilitate the replacement.
Please note: Warranty is only valid for manufacturing defects. Products with physical damage such as swollen, cracked, or scratched batteries will not be eligible for replacement.

Order Errors & Cancellations
If you accidentally order the wrong product and request a refund or replacement, a shipping fee will be borne by you.
If you cancel a prepaid order while in transit, a cancellation fee will apply.
